In the mid-1980s, nobody could catch the Interceptor. The AMA Superbike Champion bristled with Grand Prix technology and introduced a slew of industry-leading features, like the world's first liquid-cooled V-four in a sportbike, a single-shock rear suspension, anti-dive front suspension and a track-inspired fairing.
