what should i be setting my rear shock too. it numbers one to seven.
i weigh 67kg's

it depends if you want the bike to be soft or hard, idealy you would want the bike to only sink 10mm or so when you sit on it. You don't to feel like you have just sat down on a water bed or a boat but you don't want to sit on a rock either. 67Kgs is pretty light, so start at 5 and see how that feels. Its really trial and error as to how you want the bike to feel.
What setting is it on at the moment? and how do you find it?

i would say max it no matter wat ur weight, just note that u may experience tank slaps pushing it through ru\ough back roads etc, just know the bike,
mines on max, but im told by a aex-racer that u want to corner harder crank it,
but wont be as smooth through bumps, gives u a nice fright when u get mild-tank slaps, wakes u up a bit :D

Dont forget to take your riding style into consideration, but you want it stiffer to be riding faster.

sweetas thanks guys, from what i can gather 4 is a good setting for my weight and with my riding style being pretty hard ill go put it on 5.
