sorry didn`t realise there was more than one sort available.i am new to this site and struggling to find my way around it(i am a bit of a dumbarse with this stuff). as far as the horn goes just after a really loud mutha.

Got one finally :woohoo:
A black magnum.
Uses the existing wiring and nice tone and good volume :D
Not as high pitched as the Nautilis.

Ummm...
No room to mount it where the old horn was...
May have to mount it on the bash plate.

What's with the 136dB at 4.4" and 112dB at 2m on the packaging?

If you tooted whilst running someone over then they'd still be further away than 4.4"

I have found one down-side to the Stebel Nautilus .... it's TOO LOUD to do the traditional beeping when going through the Mt Victora Tunnel. Dammit! I just can't inflict that noise on the poor pedestrians in that tile-lined echo-chamber!

inflict the what on the who now ??? LOL

wire up a switch to flick between your stock horn and the stebel ... and there is no such thing as too loud ... mu ha ha ha ... if they are walking instead of riding .. they deserve the shock :) :Punk:

Not sure if I'm just getting used to it but it dosn't sound as loud now.

May have to wire up a relay and switch for it...

Prices are the same as last time at the moment ..$45 for the mag and $75 for the Naut ..

Just need one more person who's interested and i'll work out the final cost.

Right ... looks like we have enough to make an order.

I'll work out the prices after I call Customs tomorrow and confirm that motorcycle parts are duty exempt and i don't have any hidden costs ..

For some reason i still don't understand i got hit with customs charges on the last order.

I'll PM/Email everyone by the end of the week with confirmed pricing and bank account details.

I love my nautilus. I removed the stock horn on my ST2 and replaced it with this. By the way, be careful which way you orientate the relay. A friend of mine had his horn go off every time he accelerated hard because the relay closed. (I know it sounds like shit but it is true) Also make sure you orientate the horn close to the vertical as there have been some reports of damage if you don’t.

The order for round 3 has been placed and shipped .. just like the last time, they are on a slow boat from england, so i would expect 4-6 weeks for delivery.

I'll let every one know when they arrive and i start sending them out.

In the interests of those who missed out on this round .. i now declare round 4 open.

Thanks WarlockNZ, recieved my stebal magnum today, took 5 min to hook it up to the XT, disconected original horn, bolted in the stebal, plugged in the wires and hey bingo!!!! what a f##king beauty,:shit: that should scare some of the stock off some of the roads i travel on thats for shure, and anyother god forsaken thing that gets in front of me. :innocent:

Ahh ... makes me proud it does, so many bikers with Horns of Vengeance. :Punk:

Never again will we cringe as we thumb the horn button and have to resort to the middle finger gesture, for we now have the power.

Just finnihed mounting mine up. Had to move it from where the stock one was cause it would have been wedged between the engine and the front headers.

Havn't tested it yet for fairly obvious reasons.
