Had a young guy in yesterday wanting to get rid of this bike,he didn't really know what it was and we had to go through TradeMe looking at bikes. It's the red one, looks pretty good but may have a ding in the tank.Rego is lapsed and he'd be happy with a grand, maybe lower if you were nice.

Hey,and does anyone want to take away a 1985 Commodore? Fuel injected 202,I've been looking after it for years, but it's time is up.I'm pulling a couple of tyres I recently fitted, removing the plates and then it's going - get in before The Broken Car Co.

I'm guessing this is an FXR150, not an FRX (as I've never heard of it, and the years pretty similar)

$500 is an awesome deal for an FXR, great learners bike

Ok... it seems that this bike is NOT a FXR

Its a RG150

Oh boy, yeah well - I don't know how that happened. We went on TradeMe and I showed the young guy all the bikes,I was pretty sure it would be an FRX,but we found an identical red RG150,and it matched the photo he had on his phone. So how the hell do I still put FRX in my post and not even pick it up? There are things that sneak up on you when you get older......

Motu
27th November 2006, 21:37
It'd be a steal alright.I can get it to my worshop, and anyone can come and look - but it's got to go in a few days.I got no use for a 150cc bike,I'm a grown man!

A RG150 aint no good for a bucket racer, two strokers have a 125cc limit, but the frame could be used.

I didnt know that! I would be far too big to do street stocks on a 150cc! Would have the be some form of 400cc class, MAYBE a 250cc four stroke would be ok, I weigh 92kg, and am 6ft 3 so unfortuanately i am limited.

I'm not getting into the shit like Frosty did selling someone elses bike for them.

Here's what will happen - when it gets to my place I will post it's here, the first one in with the money takes it....and never comes back.
