Stumbled upon this link just today and almost shed tears of laughter. Gosh it's been a long time since anything of this caliber has been on television. I hope many of you have fond memories of this too. :)

Thankyou very much for that everyone. What a wonderful laugh my children and I have had. Always enjoyed the Muppets although I don't recall the Yip Yip aliens - nevertheless the children have watched them 3 times now with great hilarity.

I remember at uni we used to do a group chant of the Sesame Street "1,2,3,4,5,6...7,8,9,10 doo do doo doo do doo" that trippy little animated segment where the ball is hit and bounces around like it is in a pinball machine! And of course.. "We all live in the yellow submarine.." but that was sung when we rode around in an orange mini (record ... 10 people squashed into it and drove along Symonds St, around Mission Bay and back up to the Museum!)

anyone watch the sesame st episode when mike myers was on? It was the funniest EVER! i think i was home from school (sick) and i was maybe 16. They did a take off from wyanes world.
