Does Kawasaki Balius=ZXR250?

[91 Kawasaki Balius]

Hi everyone, I own a '91 Kawasaki Balius. I'm having real issues sourcing a manual for it, (as is most of the English speaking world, judging by Google, and the links in the sticky thread), but I have found a ZXR250 manual. Am I correct in assuming that the engine in both bikes is more or less the same?

I'm having a couple of issues at the moment with electrics (cooling fan) and the cooling system - a cursory glance over the manual indicates that the cooling system is more or less the same, but I wanted to check with some experienced people before I undertook any work using it as a guide.
