The trademe ad says your neighbor got some footage? What could you see? Hope you catch the fuckers before the cops do.

I was at work at the time, so not entirely sure what was recorded. Neighbour doesnt want to be known, which is fair enough. If i find out anything ill let you know, apparently its an ongoing investigation into a particular group. So yeah

Seems to me to be a common thread that as the economy goes to crap more people lose their prized items to those who cant afford them

With regards to my suzuki goose, It would liekly have been repainted with false plates i assuem. So anyone in the greater Wellington Region... if you see a suzuki goose... please note where, the reg plate on it and if you feel like doing police work where it ends up.
Please send any information to Rob at wineerrobe@student.vuw.ac.nz or phone 04 472 4436 with the details.
Theres not many suzukui gooses around, so chances are it wont be hard to find. Thanks all

Ok so Stupid FUC*EN noob ass hat trademe staff decided to withdraw my auction without a refund fo the fee. So fu*ken rude, they gave some waffle about bullshi* at the end of the day even though my bike was stolen i still have property rights in a physical motorbike, be it stolen or not. So they shoudl go shoot themselves.
Email me for pics guys if needed for ID purposes. Thanks

Dude, I can understand where they are coming from, as you relisted the bike for sale even though the description says you no longer have it as it was stolen!
You are probably lucky to have gotten away with the listing being up there for that long!
Good luck with finding it

Just because its stolen does not mean my property rights disapear. Property rights can be sold/transfered even if the item is stolen. Also no where in the terms and conditions can i find anything that voids my listing. Well thats my view anyways.

Sorry to hear that - glad mine is safe in the garage when I'm not riding it. Although I love the bike, I never thought of it as something that would be targeted by thieves - but then we thought the same about our 1984 Ford Laser!

Hey! Fantastic! I'm glad these bikes seem to be getting recovered as of late!
Disc-locks are cool, although that didn't help Lorax.
Not too much damage? Just the ignition?

Theifs name- Thomas John Paeku (or Pakau) also goes by the name of Thomas John Tautuhi.
Haha thanks :) yeah its a nice bike alright, just gotta find a new exhaust for it to make it sound better. Well im picking it up on Sat hopefully.
Gonna park it in a garage from now on. Damage done that ive been told but not seen is Poked ignition, poked fuel tank cap lock and seat lock. They said also some general damage. Plus it wouldnt have been looked after well apparently the whole family of the mongrel mob guy that stole it has been riding it round.
SO now the NAME that i was given, no charges have been layed yet he denies knowing it was stolen even tho the ignition was screwed. You can make your own conclusions, i have. Picture to follow.

Yeah, he is just being a smart arse.. we gotta prove the intent/knowledge thing in court and he knows that so will play the "I'm too dumb and thick as shit to know the stolen bike was stolen...".
Why did he run? Why the ignition and petrol cap damage? When is he getting a visit? All very good questions IMHO...

Well i sold the bike, got some monies back for it. In the end i didnt lose as much as i thought i might, and im still gonna pursue the bastar* thru the courts at some point to get money from his benefit.
And i walk away with my legs, arms and no damage, so win win
