Nah. Its a 1959 Ariel Leader (Ariel Motors Ltd, Selly Oak, Birmingham.
Interesting bike. 250cc parallel twin 2 stroke. The frame was a pressed steel, beam-type frame, trailing link front fork. Top speed about 120 km/hr.

Oh that's right. Saw that photo on wikipedia when I was checking up on these Ariel Square Four thingies (saw one in Motohaus, the tyre place, innit?).
Would be fantastic for English winter roads.
