Would a telephone (not talking cell phones here, I'm sure Paeroa have Telecom phone box jobbers) be classed as "new technology"?
Is this for real?

My Grandad's currently living the life of a Gypsy. I'm pretty sure he'd be in no hurry either if he was stranded somewhere.
Not like he in a hurry to go somewhere.
Old age, only destination is the one to try and avoid.

Seriously, the guy had a camper van, what difference does it make to him if his holiday was on the side of the road. Still got his 'house' with him.

Karangahake Gorge has pleasant scenery too and you can do the walks through the old railway tunnel for relaxation.
