A fair price for a Mille of that year & condition . Great bikes even the early standard models are just plain FUN . Will buy a early R model for a race bike when funds allow it .

If you want to sell it you have to SELL it. Tell people what pipes its got, how well it goes, how well it stops, if it has rego and wof as the pics look like it might not. etc etc. Looks like a good bike, but being a euro most riders wont be as familiar with it as they would a jappa. I would be interested if I hadnt brought the wife a bike last month!

This thing is a hell of a lot of bike for the money, I have only ever given it a push once, and found it to handle surprisingly well. I have always been a diehard Jap bike advocate, but quickly retracted previous statements after a hoon.

Easy to wheelie, stops great, (now that I gave it one of my spare disks that is), pulls smoothly.

Fuck it, why dont I have the money!!!

Talk to Ken at the Summit Café about "park & sell" up there. He's a good bastard and it might be worth a try one weekend?

Righto you lot, it's a sad day, but given the space restrictions I'll soon have, this beloved Italian needs to go.

I'm reducing my asking price, anything over $8,500 will find a new bum on the seat.

Come have a look, I'll make you a coffee, (or get Drew to do it anyway).

Tuche, I should have chosen my words more carefully, would it help if I said it this way, "you give me your CAR, and I'll take some candid shots of a woman waxing a bike in a bikini."

I would get them of V, but she's read the thread, and has vowed never to polish a bike in a bikini again.

I BLAME YOU FOR THIS!!

I've been procrastinating on this a bit, but I will repair the fairings for my lovely lady, to help speed things up, only need to be sanded, but I'm a lazy shit.

It aint been thrashed,my duc's worked a hell of a lot harded on their south island touring epic's than ive ever subjected this bike too. It's done approx 150kms of clubmans racing and a couple of track days. All the rest on the clock has been road/touring kms. And if you call a lowside a 'crash' then fair call, but it didn't hit/bend or even break anything. Just scuffed up the right hand fairing. Apart from that spill, the bike has no evidence anywhere of ever being dropped.

This Mille goes as good if not better than any other Ive ridden. Its got LOADS of low down punch and a good strong top end. (seem to recall passing a couple of sexy 1098's on the takas recently on it :innocent:) It's been well serviced and maintained. I wouldn't be selling it if I didn't have two of them, and a sponsored bike on the way.

Anyhoo......there's now THREE more bikes having to be crammed into our garage......so for $8500 ride her away
