Dainese clothing has acquired control of AGV for an ‘undisclosed sum’, according to Italian press reports.

Dainese - one of the most successful clothing brands in Europe – is believed to have purchased the helmet maker in order to capitalise on it’s (AGV) Italian heritage. Speculation is that a new range of retro bike clothing and helmets may be expected in the ‘near future’.
