OK. You don't get it. You're new here. That's OK.

Around these parts, cruiser riders don't bag sprotsbike riders, and sportsbike riders don't bag crusier riders.

Except in special circumstances.

Like when someone gets really pissed off about something.

But first you have to have gone on a bunch of rides and have a bunch of your fellow crusier/sprotsbike riders ready to back you up if you're going to do that, so that you can start a proper flamewar.

The tone of this thread is, therefore, a little out of line.

As you were.

I dont know why you are complaining.

I looked it up on urbandictionary.com:

sprot

adj. A combination word made of super + hot.

"Man that chick is sprot"

Sadly, the KB dictionary has yet to be compiled and added to the FAQ's section.

It's been compiled. I've just had the year from hell. I'm planning to get back to work on things very soon.

Note the spelling in jrandoms first post on this thread.

THAT is proper KB spelling. (sometimes known as 'speeling')

It really should be an official New Zealand language, like Te Rio, Sign and English.

Maybe we can make it an election issue! Cheers John.

Te Rio, KB. def.; speaking Maori whilst wearing a thong.

Gosh...you oldies are being a little harsh on us newbies! :p :dodge:

We're learning the KB ways as fast as we can you know...

The only "cruiser" I know who says sprotbikes abundantly is Master Hitcher, and heaven forbids I should imply he is dislexic! :shit:

I think it's actually quite a cute term, so I don't mind...

James Deuce

Mr Hitcher is most emphatically not a cruiser, nor even a crusier.

Rio?
"I'm hearing the light from my window
I'm seeing the sound of the sea
My feet have come lose from their moorings
And I'm feeling quite wonderfully free
And I think I will travel to RIO....."

"Torps" is a derivation of "Turps" (NZ slang for booze), which sprots seem to consume in great quantities whenever possible. Perhaps to numb the pain while riding one.

I hope you lot all get red infractions for taking the thread off topic :P:P

Sprot is short for sprout, which most people relate to brussel sprout, the muscles from Brussels is Jean-Claude Van Damme, who is short and stocky in nature but all tone and can pack a punch. A bit like a sports bike, really :)
