Thought it would'nt be a bad idea to have a small tent, started looking at those Mac Pac tents coz I know they are supposed to be the shit but they are around the $450 plus mark and quite honestly too high a spec for the kind of thing I would want it for.

Get a cheap tent from the red sheds, for the price they'er not bad,and if ya stick it away damp and it rots who cares.Saw one similar to mine which is 305x305cm plus verander similar sized for $150 or so.

Anyone needing to fill up earlier will be able to
Just need to be aware of where we break for lunch etc and treat gas stops for what they are Gas stops and keep them to a minimum. That means no waiting in a que for lattes
Might have a get together and go over some of the finer details like where we need to stop etc, Maybe after a friday night ride

Was going to add a ps to thread about the seconds being great buys, socks are bloody good, the thick work ones are ideal for boots, might have a different colour thread on top but the old man doesn't care.
The oil japara vests were ok but then price went over $175,to bad they last for years it's just the initial cost to buy is expensive.

Did you get E41's. They're good and the combo lock's on the side are handy but be careful they can stuff out. well, y'know, i was knee down all the way home from ashhurst today...
a bit hard on the cordura but at least some people saw me and thats the main thing
there was one cop but i just pulled up next to him, flipped him the finger and took off....he obviously recognised how hardcore i am and didnt even bother chasing
i shoulda been a rockstar......But but you don't have upside down forks like Phebs scoot. :nono: I guess you make up for it though with the clip-ons which give you more control :zzzz:

Its like a doomsday clock for my bike build! Still have to paint (starting today) then fit up, mark for mask, remove, mask them paint again the fairings and tank, mod the calipers and fit new rubber and pads to the JadedBlade, plastic weld all the missing tabs and cracks on the Lady Ninja as well as swap out the steering head bearings and get the muffler and hanger remade.
PLUS - finish a couple of race cars over the weekend AND box up our gear to send to Coro by courier and work out a system to get it back again.
DOOMSDAY Clock I tell ya!
