Help needed - Transport bike - Taihape to Lower Hutt

My brother in law's bro has bought a 400cc and needs to get it from Taihape down to Lower Hutt. The bike doesn't run so can't be ridden.

Can anyone help us out ?

Otherwise it looks like I will be driving up there to collect it.
