To most people not too much, but if you can find someone who's after a VF could be quite a bit.

Seriously I can't see how people can put a value on a bike without a little bit more info. Might help to post a picture, and provide a bit of background.

The short answer is, "It's worth what someone is prepared to pay for it". That depends on timing, demand, condition, miles, rarity, availability of parts, how and when you advertise it, how desperate you are, and a whole bunch of other factors.
