Oh shit...she's right. Chanceyy had company and was not alone in her emancipation....
Sorry, girl, I should have remembered the HD lass. Great lines. Teehee
Yea...we have rules here about how much coverage hair needs :devil2: Besides, everyone knows that French girls are no good in the kitchen
Oh contraire Monsieur.. French girls are not only good in the kitchen but many other parts of the house aswell..
Thanks again for your hospitality.. and our very own little corner of Taradise.. I'm glad the tent wasn't any bigger. It was an excellent weekend, even the rain on the way home couldn't dampen the fun..:2thumbsup..

Had a great ride up to Napier on the friday. Arrived at Chez Baine around 9 pm and was promptly cooked eggs and bacon by the hostess. :2thumbsup
Good to meet such a bunch of diverse and lovely people! Although I was a bit disappointed that people went to bed so early - I didn't think that you looked that old :dodge: With that in mind I suspect I could have skipped my nap saturday afternoon and gone for a ride instead :buggerd: which would be my only regret for a great weekend!
Random comments: Mom, your much younger and more beautiful than I imagined, I never got enough of your story about discovering a near naked Mikkel in the bathroom, even after the 100th time you told it. 007, well I can see you must be close to featuring in your own avatar soon! Mikkel, how the hell you drank that much rum and still managed to stand I will never know, you defy the laws of physics man!
Well the bathroom story is NOT funny. I was violated by an older woman :spanking: just as I was about to put a knife to my face. (truth be told - that is not an unfamiliar occurrence! :blip:)
I AM the law of physics, dontcha know? Nah, truth be told it was only caramel coloured water in that rum bottle
Good to meet you mate - I enjoyed talking to you. Hope I'll catch you up another time.
Absolutely awesome to finally meet Mikkel (you boozehag you), and I am absolutely blown away by your capacity to ingest alcohol and remain coherent but mostly about how interesting it was to just talk...Neil and I will definitely try to visit for ski/snowboard season.
My absolute pleasure - you guys are wonderful. I certainly hope you'll find the time to join us moving some snow around on the slopes!
I was coherent? Bugger me, I hadn't counted on that :( I certainly can't remember being coherent...) :bash:
Mikkel, in the meantime is heading north and is expecting to require meeting at Takapau/HW50 at about 7ish. So arrange to call in at TeamCudby’s in Tikokino to collect Mike then head to the rendezvous…but get a txt from Mikkel to say he is just leaving Masterton (6.05pm)…oh good, time for a meal…then off to meet him. (I think watches, calendars and clocks etc aren’t yet in use in ChCh. Either that, or Mikkel misread what happens when one crosses the International Date Line ).
I think I just messed up that pesky theory of relativity... again.
Was good to catch up with you and Michael for the last bit of the ride - I really enjoyed that. I hope your Wanton Hussy shall refrain from pulling that throttle lag in the future...
Thanks to you and Janet for being such wonderful hosts! I hope you will give me an opportunity to return that favour, please!

Wow... what an awesome weekend... and thanks to Tart and Mstrs for the hospitality... and the ride on Saturday mmm thanks to Sugi for the advice will definately take it on board... Was good to meet some more KB's from the rest of NZ
As usual KB's know how to party... next time... will follow the Maha's option of the extra night
A big well done to Sticky... that was not mean feat... the ride down was pretty uneventful, but we seemed to find the rain and wind gods from plains on the Napier-Taupo highway to Taupo... then caught the rain on and off all the way back to Auckland... Got back safe and sound...
Till next time...

I really enjoyed this weekend!
Sometimes it is easy to say..."I met a some new faces and it was great", when you go somewhere new for a ride/party or what have you.
This weekend I met some new faces and it was GREAT!
I met some lovely people this weekend, some I knew their logons but had never really had anything to do with, some I had some online "fun" with.
Thanks to Jonet and Jan for being so elderly they felt they had to provide a venue and have a small gathering to bring some of us together!

Now that I'm coherent and don't feel like a blonde, its my turn.
Thank you J & J for the weekend. Being the first ever of being on the bike with me at the controls for that long...No tide they don't need to know how long :oi-grr: It was so nice to have a huge hug from you Tart. It meant so much to me. I even got an awesome hug when arriving back in Auckland too :msn-wink:
I had a blast, Deon thank you so much for staying with me when I know full well that your bike can do so much more than I was willing to:hug:
The ride down gave me so much more confidence and also coming back and having to contend with the rain and the wind. I don't feel the slightest bit apprehensive about going to the supermarket etc like I used to be. Might even attempt to ride to work tomorrow.
I knew that this weekend would have either told me that motorcycling is for me or its not. Well its definitely for me. I love it even in the rain and the wind. When I'm tired it is a WHOLE different ball game.... huh Tide?
Well next goal is to get my restricted so watch this space.....
HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOHN AND JANET. Hope you both enjoyed your night as much as everyone else.
See you on Queens Birthday Weekend....Yes I will hopefully be riding down

I think we're all the same on that one mate. Neil and I were talking about it just yesterday, and I told him I'd rather have the twisties on the way to a party rather than on the way back, after I've partied up and am knackered.
As lovely as the road we took was to get back up to Auckland, I didn't enjoy it as much as I could have due to the fact it felt like hard work...

As lovely as the road we took was to get back up to Auckland, I didn't enjoy it as much as I could have due to the fact it felt like hard work...
I was thinking something along those lines as I approached the Rimutakas on my way back to Wellington.
Was a bit tired, had a sneaky headache lurking in the background and was a bit concerned about whether the fuel system might play up again... then it started drizzling a bit...
But then I hit the twisties and all that stuff just faded into the background and I had a great time  Twisties - the universal remedy for just about anything!

Exactly! you just hit some untapped adrenaline leftovers and start having fun regardless...:niceone:
I think that as I get a bit more experienced, I also get better at remaining focused even though I'm tired. But I have to admit that I won't ride if I am too tired, it's just not smart.

Speaking of which, I have to admit feeling very at home at the Tart and box feelers place, so much so that on Sunday night after my shower, I walked back to the bedroom in my towel. There was one of those annoying house flies in the room. I chucked the towel on the end of the bed, went back to the bathroom starkers, turned on that light and back to our room to turn off the bedroom light (old trick to get rid of flies at night BTW, they go to the light source). Waited in the hall until said fly made its way to the bathroom, then went and turned off the bathroom light and hopped into bed.
Was not until I lay down I realised what I had done, started laughing big time. All I could imagine was young hxc coming out of his room for a leak or something to be faced with me in all my naked glory in the hallway! :shit:

Was not until I lay down I realised what I had done, started laughing big time. All I could imagine was young hxc coming out of his room for a leak or something to be faced with me in all my naked glory in the hallway! :shit:
*cough, splutter, giggles...* Just trying not to imagine Zach's face, but can't quite stop myself :killingme
Reckon your eyeballs would have curdled, lovely...LOL
Me, I am no shames. If you see me blush it is probably that time of my life...:first:
Sounds like a challenge to me :devil2:
