Hi all,
Looking at picking up a 1993 Honda Nighthawk (US bike) for $1500. It is in really good condition only not registered. Sound like a good buy?
PS I realise that it is drum braked and singled disked at the front :(
Cheers,
Lance

A great bike in its day!
If it runs OK without any obvious faults, it sounds like an excellent buy.
Good luck to you.

As I understand it the Nighthawk you are lookig at and the CB750(F2N) I ride are basically the same bike (aside from the brakes as you mention and slightly different tank shaping).
Very happy with the CB. Have been talking about getting a new(er) bike but have a hard time deciding what else I really want from a bike. Have done 35,000Km on it and doing another 5,000 next week (all going to plan).
Can't offer any advice on getting it registered, never been down that path so don't know.

Sounds good alright.
Honda still produces the bike allbeit with triple disks and a few styling changes.
