Pro-X list rings - part number 02.3009.150 (.50 over) and 02.3009.175 (.75 over) but not pistons which is surprising. Also list big end, small end and rods for them. OEM pistons are made by ART if that helps.
They are listed in the UK

or
http://www.suzukitandgtparts.nl/New%20RG%20and%20RGV%20250%20parts.htm
They show 2 in stock - +050 by the part number.
standard (+0mm) only. Ask if they do oversize - IIRC the RG has iron liners.
The other alternative is Ebay although they are standard not oversize. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/SUZUKI-RG250-C-G-H-MODELS-PAIR-PISTONS-NOS_W0QQitemZ120255993793QQihZ002QQcategoryZ10534Q QssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

judging from that last add, the piston might cross reference to GT250s and things. Might pay to look up the fiche at the dealers and see if there are cross references.
Best thing to do is put a RZ350 motor in it and make a YamaGamma :-)
Easy swap.

You could also try a specialist like http://www.twostrokeshop.com/. UK shops are most likely to have something, as they were a reasonable seller in the UK.
try asling on http://forum.oldskoolsuzuki.info/cgi-bin/Yabb/YaBB.pl?catselect=discussions

Try this if the local dealers can't supply

http://www.cmsnl.com

Search by Suzuki then find your model.

Hi mate , Try Ebay.co.uk there are loads of piston and rod kits available for rg 1. 2 .3 models
they range from 18 pounds and upwards, postage is not too much as they do not weigh a lot,

Prox are about 50 pounds if you are going to spend a figure like that then use Woessner pistons if they still make them for the RG they are expensive but are not made in the 3rd world and then charge 1st world prices

I am looking for an rg250 geberator rotor and stator if you know of any going ,#Im in Oz Sydney
hope that helps a little

I helped look after 2 RG250 proddie racers. We measured it all up and found that you could bore the RG barrell out to 56mm, ( std is 54) and use RM125 pistons, ended up being a RG275, went well.

Hi Guys have not been here for a while,

I am still lookig for a rotor to suit my generator off my rg250fg 1985,

Anyhow if anyone is after pistons etc try ebay.co.uk there are a few suppliers of aftermarket pistons standard ( why you would buy them ) I do not know , and oversize +0.5 mm +1.0mm

they are different between models mk 1&2 non power valve mk 3 with powervalve,
also they have rod kits for the same price as pistons 18 -25 quid = many NZ dollars but I am in the west Island (= Oz ) and have had a set sent here no probs,
postage is a bit dear but its not too bad as the rods I got were less than half price compared to an ozzie aftermarket supplier including postage

good luck and happy hunting
Simon

There have been a number of RG250 parts on trademe recently - think a rotor might have been one of them.
