today i went for a RUN...the frist in such a long time ....and the first of many more.(i hope)
when i was up with Riff Raff, i got to thinking...about the conditon of my body!
it is unfit, the stomach isn't as firm as it used to be...

and would a woman be interested in that..
(you know the ones, ...they are the ones that like nice things in thier bed....that don't buzzz).

so today i went for a 1/2hr run and i feel great!
OK I KNOW that doesn't sound much but one has to start somewhere!!!!

Actually, I love running, it's my main activity at gym. I was doing great, but when things get stressful, I seem to stop gym, and start eating shit. Hopefully I'll get back into it soon. This could be another huge topic, motivation - How to get it, and how to keep it. I had it once for 3 or 4 months before I came to NZ and it did WONDERS. I just need to find the same period of motivation and I'm set.

However... On this I agree... Running sucks.. Despite being quite fit once I always hated running as it is just so boring... Walkmans are a pain in the arse etc etc. That and my knees are rooted from 15 years of basketball and my back is stuffed and I'm too damn fat for words...
