I'm setting up a website for listing bikes for sale - like trademe for bikes, but free.
You can add 10 photos to your listing, and it will only expire when deleted by you. Each listing can have comments/questions, and sellers can be contacted through private messages if they don't want to display their phone/email details. There is a 'watch-list' type feature, where you can keep more than one 'shortlist'.

It's not an auction site - but I figure a makeshift auction could be set up using the comments.
Anyway, hopefully people here will find it useful. If there is enough interest I will add sections for bike-gear and bike-parts as well.

I would love to hear any feedback.

Is it me, or is adding a North Island location almost impossible?

ah cool .. we can promote our websites here huh?

McRides (http://www.mcrides.co.nz) is a website focused on meetings.

Here you can share your motorcycle events, and get people talking about them.

Be it, a gathering for viewing the MotoGP, or World Super bikes, or a group ride event with your motorcycle club this is the place where easy meet ups happen.

Want to organise your buddies, and pillions for a tour? or do you want a small quiet group to do a circuit around the coromandel?
Are having trouble organising your motorcycle club rallys? or hope to meet others from other parts of the country at a pub somewhere?

Perhaps you just want somewhere to quickly check out what is happening this weekend.
