View Full Version : Yoshimura pipe GSXR 1000 k6

Yoshimura exhaust will fit a k5 or k6 1000. Note this is a half system that connects to the end of the standard extractors and removes the SET valve. This pipe has had a small repair not really noticable unless standing next to the bike(see pictures) This is a race spec straight through pipe so is quite loud. It is a Yoshimura Japan spec not USA. This pipe can be heard running(still on bike)

Hell yeah, bet that gets pushed well over the start/reserve.

Pity bout the damage, but its still good value at $390. I paid $750 for mine new...then had the fuel re-mapped and a K&N filter and it made a noticeable difference in throttle response and......noise:whistle:

Sweet! Its mainly for resale cause i dont really ride the bike, whats your opinion on the best pipe for resale bearing in mind id like to get rid of the cat

i have a single sided pipe on mine (Racefit Growler) but i'm partial to seeing the twin yoshi; either the carbon trc or the tri

im not sure either will add much more to resale value over the stainless steel versions, both of which remove the 12kg ballasts *incl cat
