Yeah, it's been around for a pretty long time now. Apparently it has lost much of the sparkle that it had at the start (as always happens with events like this I guess). It's the sort of thing that I wouldn't bother going to now, would rather spend my time searching out the next 'big thing' like this and get in at the grass roots.

Speaking of which. Search google earth for "Area 51" then go west a few miles. Massive craters from the underground tests. Interesting place!

And with the people I'm going with I'd be happy to sit on a sofa, in a desert, and talk shit for a week. But it won't be like that. It'll be cool. And you bastards will be jealous :)
