View Full Version : Gingaa copper part two. The ginga gets gayer!

I gotta speak up - In my opinion Westie has responded with InlineFour's rudeness and insults accordingly and now everyone's jumping on the 'don't diss a handicap person' - "he's a good guy". Maybe he is in person, maybe he isn't. Online i.e. in these forums inlinefour is brash and rude (irrespective of whether he is right or wrong in his opinions).
I think people have summed up this thread quite correctly a few times now:
1. Some folk on the ATNR repeatedly break NZ traffic laws
2. Ginge is now there trying to put a stop to it (punishing the naughty folk in point 1)
3. Ginge has not at all times acted professionally in doing this.
I'll call you out on the third point, because thats the one that the whole thread centers on. If I was Mr Ginga and was assigned to keep the roads safe and deal with the stupidity that this ride creates, then I'd be getting the job done, even if I had to ram a motorcyclist off the road (yes I believe they are allowed to). All this bullshit about Ginga did this and Ginga did that, if it was not for the law breakers and arrogant tards doing stupid shit, Ginga would have done fuck all and no one would have known anything about him. He is, afterall just doing his job! Its a pity that some have to turn it into a shit slinging match at his expense and if I was there and he requested my help to take another rider to ground (or whatever, lets just say when I was not disabled) then I would do exactly that. The individuals that think the law does not apply to them and then complain here online is what I object to. Oh and for the record, I'm going to have my first ride in a few weeks since the accident, its a pity I dont have the 60k in the back pocket to keep it though. As for my language and having a go at others? I think the new era of bikers are nancy PC feed panseys who wont admit they have fucked up and rather than take responsibility for their own actions, would rather make bullshit lame excuses and have a go at someone else to justify their own actions. Oh and for the record, back in my day Im fairly sure that on the ride from say Douglas to Whangamomina(sp) I would beat any of you whinging dorklanders and I would only be on a 600cc. :whocares:

so youre saying that if you say, saw a motorbike pass on a yellow line you would, say nearly run his mates off the road to catch up to him, whilst driving at say 110(in a 80 area) WITHOUT DISCO LIGHTS passing on those said yellow lines, and then sit so close up his ass that he feels scared, then pull him over and run him into the ditch...

(just for the record, I was looking to come out for a ATNR, which would've been my first, but with this shite going down, think I might let it slide for a bit.) But go the Kitty..!
There is nothing wrong with ATNR you are only going to have problems if you decicde to go faster than the limit which makes the ride still enjoyable. The drinks after are and sitting around talking shit after is good as well.

Westie,
Just because someone is handicripple dosent mean they cant voice opinions or not know about biking. If Inline had a bike designed for him to ride, would he still be considered to know nothing about these type of situations happening?? Just because i have 3 paralysed fingers *handicripple wannabe* and im not riding mean i know jack about bikes or the events which take place on ATNR?
You are wright kitty but it also does not give him the wright to be abusive and insulting.

Lol, i admit defeat, i was seriously slow due to wet mossy roads we are talking like 80km/hr for me lmao!! In some cases 60 on the tighter corners i dont know and its easier and faster for 4 wheels to get around corners than 2 wheels.

Way to forget the history of this (and the previous) thread. ACD868's reprehensible actions are not confined to his targeting of the ATNR - Westie's merely used it as a catalyst to get action. Refer here (http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/showthread.php?p=1591429#post1591429) for an example of ACD868 relieving a biker of his license with an infringement that was (a) completely baseless and (b) nothing at all to do with the ATNR.

Look at a map of the streach of road Im talking about. Alot of it there is not much room to open up a 1000cc and much better suited to a smaller bike. Im aware of other vehicles being run off the road in NZ including the odd motorcycle. Even if some dont like the facts, thats the way that it is.

The parts are that wide for a reason. My wheelchair sits on the roof and lowers on a hoist and stops beside the car with the door open. It never amases me how some people cannot or willnot see beyond their perspective. I used to be able to pop into a part with my car very close to the next one. But the wheelchair and the disability has put a permanent stop to that. The arseholes in the falcoons might not scratch the paint on the bitchymissy, but the wheelchair is likely to scratch their coon if they have no parking card.

Have you ever looked at the hard core race chairs? They use the same Zipp discs that I use on my time trial bicycle. You could bling out your ride with carbon Zipp discs... I was talking with a guy who had one set up that way in the states, he reckons that they were hard to get up to speed, but once there, you could keep 'em rolling just fine. His intention was to do Ironman, I didn't ask him how that works, but I assume that his bike/run leg would be combined for a total distance.

Yea one of the trail chairs I got to try out had double disc brakes with the one hand control for both and they was nicely balanced. I was going to get them on my own chair until I realised there was going to be more cons to pros of having them. My mountian bike had exactly the same set up so they was easy to maintian. Ive got a handcycle that you can see in my profile picture, but the disc brakes on that are hydrolic and much better. I can go a shitload faster than a race chair and has frount suspension and is built for offroad also.

...I got 250bucks - 120 for crossing double yellows and 130 for hitting 120kph while doing so
My Ticket went on the fire 15 mins after being issued
Id done the ride once - a year ago - I brought 3 people with me who had never done the ride - 2 who got 500 bucks worth of fines each, and 1 who got 1100
***IF*** this happened, your ticket would say - $150 for crossing yellows and $80 for 120kmph in a 100... Throwing it in the fire doesn't make it go away. And the last part.... slow learner????????????
We had a rider a couple of weeks ago on who got a ticket for not dipping his light. This cop just has an axe to grind.
Ummm... it's illegal, $150 to uncle Helen thanks.
Really you guys need to sit back and get perspective - writing to the Rodney times - ohhh we got tickets for speeding - 5 of us lost their licenses at the same time - ohhh poor us. Its all the coppers fault.
Where do you really think you deserve public support from?
The cops are getting those that break the road laws... That must be headline stuff...
See post 141.
They wanted trouble, so he made arrangements. A good post.
Yea your right, its not the ride thats the problem, just some that turn up.
The stupid few ruining it for the majority....
+1:woohoo:
The collective quotes on post 141 conjure up an image of spotty-faced oiks who think they're shit-hot riders who also think they're above the law...mwhahahah!!:sunny:
And who when pinged by the law whimper like a two year old who's just dropped their ice-cream:crybaby:
My thoughts exactly - I know Westie is talking of other problems initiated by the cops, but that went off track by the whingers a long time ago... somehow...
...If you guys are serious about 'getting' this ginga, you need to beat him at his own game and talking about what you'll do, on here where he can read it, is just giving him fair warning of what to expect.
Any complaint made would be supported by comments posted on here - see post 141 again. All the threats made, the tickets issued and licences taken etc justify heavy enforcement.
If you look directly into your bike's high beam - what is the first thing you want to do?
Be a moth????
One member is going to talk to some biker cops and see if they want to come and check it out.
A good call. "There apparently is a problem, so come long and see for yourselves." They would be keen to come along.....

By all means use dissemination to mislead, but actually 'do' something else that he's not expecting. Like take the ride somewhere else. Or behave. Or actually gather appropriate evidence to back up your official complaint to the PCA.
Any complaint made would be supported by comments posted on here - see post 141 again. All the threats made, the tickets issued and licences taken etc justify heavy enforcement.

What I've been reading in this thread is suggesting to me that everyone involved needs to stop baiting and abusing whilst on SH16.
This includes the ginga cop who is not acting as an officer of the law when he uses this forum to get revenge, tickets on the basis of lies (as read here) and rams bikers off the road for low-end infringements.
Patrick, I didn't think that you would stoop to partial quotes to lump me in with the 'go and bash him' crowd.
Can the poster of #141 remove my quote - it does not fit with the tone or intent of the others.

You made this clear beofre, sorry it was included again but I merely forgot to remove. Apologies.

I suspect the amount gained next Thursday along with the impounded bikes will pay for a whole new car and these individuals will still be none the wiser to why they got busted. Same time, same ride, same idiots, same shit.
Someone needs to tells these people that if you allways do what you allways did. Then you'll allways get what you allways got. Although if the level of stupidity stays the same, some might just loose more cash, bike and licience priviledges. Thats right dummys, riding on the road is a privilege, not a right. :bash:

Ginger has re-enforcements out for fruitless wonders.
:Police:
Apparently tonight the gingaa,(as we love to call him acd868,dont want to bad mouth the good guys) was out blocking all traffic on peak rd. Himself and many officers set up a road block at the end of a straight long piece of road at the end.
Pulling all motorcycles off the road to inspect their licences and rad mods to their bikes :scooter:
Whilst the motorcyclists were pulled over cars went by at their free will not checked or queried.
The atnr has been largely well behaved and lawfull for quite some time now. It makes me wonder why it is getting targeted now?
Which of these statements are true
A) does gingaa have nothing but an empty shell of poilceiness to fulfil his lifes needs. Is there nothing else in his life so that he needs to harass these bikers?
B) does he really like bikers and hangin out with them on thursday nights? He would love to be invited just once if only
I can't understand this crap. If this ginga is the tosser you make him out to be why not just get a bunch of guys and kick his fucking head in? Stop whinging. Cop or no no cop, a tosser is a tosser. I was not there nor really give a fuck. I have been on that ride and saw some fucking stupid riding, but Ive maxed out the CBR600RR I had also on the roads I know well.
Ask anyone who used to ride with me if I allways stuck to the speed limit :baby:
Really. I thought those two are at opposite ends of the same spectrum?
No, what Im saying is that you lot are a bunch of idiots who cannot get it through your thick skulls that there is a time and a place and it belongs on the race track and not on the public roads. Also Im saying that you lot are piss poor at taking any responsibility for your own actions, which makes you lot dangerous idiots, who IMO should not be given anything more powerfull to ride than a street magic. :stupid::finger:
So losing it on a small bike on a public area is less dangerous?
Its a stupid and a dangerous thing to do. Puts everyone on the road in danger and the law states max speed on the road is 100km/hr. Are you truely that dense that you need all this explained to you???
And again
I'll call you out on the third point, because thats the one that the whole thread centers on. If I was Mr Ginga and was assigned to keep the roads safe and deal with the stupidity that this ride creates, then I'd be getting the job done, even if I had to ram a motorcyclist off the road (yes I believe they are allowed to).
Oh and for the record, back in my day Im fairly sure that on the ride from say Douglas to Whangamomina(sp) I would beat any of you whinging dorklanders and I would only be on a 600cc. :whocares:
Real safe stuff ramming motorcyclists. Do you hate them or something:nono:
Didn't skidmark post the same thing here? Something about he could beat anyone on a 250 cos he is awesome. Are you two related?
Look at a map of the streach of road Im talking about. Alot of it there is not much room to open up a 1000cc and much better suited to a smaller bike. Im aware of other vehicles being run off the road in NZ including the odd motorcycle. Even if some dont like the facts, thats the way that it is.
And now justifying your skidmark likeness

I don't actually own a working motorsickle either after selling all 15 that I used to own which included two new bikes, the DRZ and CBR. Does that mean that even though Ive got the knowledge and the history that I should keep my yap shut too?:whocares:
Hmmm I spose you were very proud to have all those bikes. I only have one but atleast it works sometimes eh.
To answer your question - yes and no.

Well one was brought new and one very close to. The rest was just older classics and they all went and rode well. Proud? Dunno I was often busy looking for something else to tinker with...
I was picking at kitty for trying to do the poupular "oh yea that ride is bad" thing when she actually really enjoyed it, and hasn't been on it for ages cos of her licence. But normal miscommunications (mostly my part).
Most of the problems occur from people doing bad things on the ride eg Wrong licence, speeding(who'd do that!) even tho people know there are oppers that frequen the ride they still get throttle happy. What can ya do.
It wasn't just Kitty saying that - there were other people too. I might have only gone along on that ride once, but once was more than enough to witness the catalogue of utter stupidity displayed by a good number of people present that evening. Overtaking a cage in the dark over the crest of a hill on a left-hand bend on a slightly damp road. Burn-outs at junctions. Wheelies (well, bad attempts at) through built-up areas.
I might not have paid too much strict attention to speed limits either, but I chose my places. What I saw on that ride convinced me never to go back. From then on, I rode with people I knew and trusted.

Let me explain to you the kind of man Hondamo is. He's a man who knows that when you put another man's cock in your mouth, you make a pact. A bond that cannot be broken. He's a man so dedicated that he will get down on his knees and put that cock right in his mouth.
