Remote resevoir shock
Huge range of adjustment
Totally rebuildable.
Ohlins stock number V213- KA9021
SPRING NUMBER 65-1096-15-65
The shock is from a ZXR750 H1 but I'm told it fits a range of bikes.
Length 375mm
Eye hole size 12.5mm
stroke 70mm
preload adjustment 75mm
There apears to be 10mm extra stroke available by adjusting the ride height adjuster
These shocks are totally rebuildable
I WANT AROUND $400

maybee its part number has been superceded.I was desperately hoping it would be suitable for the VifFerraRi. It was a bit wallowy and boingy (technical terms, dat) when we did the Kaiaua loop thingo (yes, the wrong way) the other day.

mate ya may be in luck
The way I understand it works is as long as the stroke is correct and the top mounst is the same then anything else is able to be set to suit your bike.
Hawera motorcycles have bit s to suit most any bike

I think you'll find that the Spring rate / damping /etc will be wrong . Asked Robert about swapping a Ohlin's out of a Ducati into my Triumph length was right But told me rising rate etc would be totally different .Worth a try thou . SENSEI

the bottom mount on this shock is removeable so for guys with a rose joint bottom mount could just buy the joint and be away

HI FROSTY

After a better rear shock for my old XZ 550 Yam.

The length you quote - is that centre to centre eye length?
Wonder if it would be suitable for my bike?

First time on the site - don't know if maybe you couls send me or post a picture of the shock?

Cheers

Glyn

WOW!!!!!! :2thumbsup :2thumbsup
might be thinking of racing my zed this year (depends on a few work related issue tho) and that would be perfect!! and as sparky said my zed is a bit of a wayward steed. i will make a few calls and make sure it will fit my zed. unless you would know for sure, my bike is slighly different from standard ones.
will be in touch.

Thanks for the offer of the shock, but its not going to work out very well if i buy it.
it will fit on my zed but it will cost me another 500$ to change some parts to make it fit, let alone paying for it to be fitted.

thanks very much for the offer and it would have worked out really good if it had fitted.

Cheers
