This is the perfect bike to get into F3 or protwin.
Very well set up, very easy to ride fast.

I have ridden this bike and loved it. Beautifully set up. In fact, I am very tempted to buy it myself and race it in protwin. The 2003 SV is the preferred model as it has a slightly faster motor for some reason. Glen Williams, Terry Fitzgerald and yours truly all race the 2003 model for this reason.
I think the fact that you can easily change it from road to race and back again in about 10 minutes has got to be a bonus as well.
If you're looking to get into some racing or want a track bike, this is a fantastic deal.

Selling it already? What's that all about then?

Picture added. Currently has standard road tail on, but only takes 20 mins to put the race tail back on.
Reason for selling: Other priorities, new toys in the works and a credit card to take care of. Will be picking up another race bike in about 12 months time when I can actually afford to use it!

Suzuki really screwed up the design on these as even the slightest off puts that dent into the tank as well as munting the radiator.
Devil

Yeah. I'm told the radiators from 2004 onwards are actually about an inch or more narrower. So if you damage yours, replace it with a newer one.
The dent in the tank could be removed, I cant be arsed. There's no scratch in the paint, just a small dent that you dont normally see because of the colour.
Come on people, there's gotta be people ready to step off their ageing 400 and onto an SV.
I wants my new toy!

Bastard, bastard, bastard.
You do know we'd buy this off you yesterday if Jody already had her full licence, aye.
:pinch:
No point buying a bike and leaving it in the garage for six months, though.
Someone's going to get a mint deal here.

Come on, I thought you were a geek. Look at the logic here:
Buy the SV, use it yourself as a trackday scratcher (with the race tail on), you'll want to use it on the road too, once you've heard it and experience the suspension. Then just pass it onto her when she's got her licence.
Did I mention it's got a full set of crashbungs on it? (4 of them).

Damn right. The excitement of getting a new toy has taken me, hence the ridiculous price.
Someone put me out of my misery so I can go pick up my new bike!

I hereby confirm 50% of the unanimous vote required to make that particular financial decision. Particularly as it wouldn't be my salary covering it.
So if you reckon you can convince the remaining votes to swing your way, good fucking luck!
