I need to get back on a bike. Here's a couple of ideas for those of us who can't ride at the moment. Anyone else got suggestions?

Shoot marshmallows out of your nose.
Try to ignite your farts but without singeing your bum fluff.
Change the language option on your TV to Cantonese.
Play Freecell, starting at Game number 1 but not moving on to game 2 until you get game 1 out.
Write yourself a letter and post it.
Reply to your letter once you've received it.
Try to get your posts on KB up...

Yup - today I was driven out to Kawa Kawa Bay for an icecream - sitting in the passenger seat I had my arms out on my imaginary handlebars and leaning into the corners, getting my knee down. Oh god I'm so sad and pathetic!

Nah, not sad and pathetic....you are getting out and getting your knee down, which is a good thing (as well as a bit of "leg-over" every so often!!).
Most important: Don't forget about the beer!

Me? I hang around here living vicariously through those that can, while I can't.

Oh and watch lots of bike vids/motoGP races. Get my knee down off the couch often.

Yup downloaded so many biking vids off the net I've got bugger all space left on my computator, and been watching Ghostrider and more Ghostrider (it really doesn't help cos I just want to leap on a bike and do 300kph lanesplitting wheelies), but then I watched Torque and it was sooooooooooo crappy, and well that kind of helped in a way???

I've been a pillion many times over the years - I just prefer to do my own riding and have my own control over the bike. And pillion is not an option at the moment either.

Nope i got both motogp . Pretty cool but the bikes are a little hard to control. And superbike racing which you cant pull mean dougnuts but still wheelie and stoppie but you can turn on all sorts of assists like breaking turning etc etc etc. Bloody cage games wouldn't touch em :moon: :moon:

No it's the neck thing which means putting on a helmet is not an option because it's too heavy for my neck at the mo - and motorbikes are out because of the buffeting by the wind. Sheesh you would know that if you read all my posts! :Pokey:

WHEN I WAS RACING AT PAEROA I HIGH SIDED AT REAL HIGH SPEED LANDED ON MY HEAD THEN THE BIKE FLIPPED AND LANDED ON MY BACK HEAVY BIKE TOO BEING A 900. MY NECK WAS REAL SORE AFTER THAT FOR AGES WHEN I WORE A HELMET, SO I JUST WORE A BICYCLE HELMET FOR A FEW MONTHS ON MY MOTORBIKE AND NO ONE NOTICED AND I NEVER GOT PULLED UP EITHER, IF YOU REALLY NEED TO RIDE YOU CAN TRY THAT

Things to do while bikeless. I walk to the garage, take a look at my bike and sigh while I wait for my next paycheck.
