My latest project was to convert the 4:1 exhaust system on GSX1400 to a beaut 4:2 standard system of an earlier model. :done: Three months work saucing parts and and three nights toil to put it all together.
Its the simple pleasure of sitting back with a beer and admiring all the hard work and grief thats been gone through to get the result. What else is there to do on these long winter evenings ;)
What projects are you guys up too?

I added the first ever Neptune can to a CB1300 today, not really a project but the first of a few 'improvements' my bike will have to accept. There's a number of add ons that I intend to get, all in good time. My profile pic shows the new can.

I've got a Micron can from a 750 Kawasaki to install onto the KLR650. Should go straight on once I make a header pipe, some sort of adapter to make up for the differences in pipe sizes, make some mounts, devise some sort of insert to kill the noise a bit, repack it and work ouot where to put the "Micron" decal to best advantage.
And there's not really much on TV anyway
