1967 tillotson carb

1967 electra glide all org. including carb (tillotson). haveing trouble adj. changed seals and set screws. throttle seems to hang.

They are a solid wire push/pull cable I think - no spring return,like a lawnmower.So they will hang on at where ever you set the throttle.
