Does anyone have experience in changing roller weights in a 95 Honda Giorno AF24? (I assume this is the same as a Dio).

I had a go, but couldn't work out how to access the variator pulley. I was able to remove the back half of the cover easily enough , to reveal the clutch.

I thought the cover would be one piece, i.e. unveiling both the variator and clutch... maybe its something really simple I've overlooked unbolting?

Any tips?

Also, does anyone know the easiest way to remove the clutch? I see some people on the net making their own tools to do it. Anything available from Repco/Supercheap (like a giant wrench that will do the trick??).

Cheers. Guess I could rent an impact wrench from Hirepool...
Is the torque that powerful that you don't need to clamp the clutch housing?

Thanks for the rep... not.

The rattle gun will eliminate the need to lock anything else as it will shock the nut off. Otherwise you will need a specialised tool (or bodge something together in the great kiwi traditioin) to lock it up and then you can manually bump the nut off with a socket.
