Was just pulling out of Riverhead/Coatsville onto SH17 on my way home from a wee pootle and fell in behind a lovely shiny F4.

Busy admiring it's wonderful tail-end and we pass a Tri-colore 1098 who's cruising slowly along the verge. Guess they were mates as he/she caught us up and fell in behind.

Struggled to keep my eyes on the road being sandwiched between two of the sexiest sprotsbikes around.

Talk about a perfect end to an already sweet ride.

Mate I feel your pain. I'm so un-bike-fit after all these wet weekends it's not funny.

Going to have to spend some time on the bike in the gym and do some squats before my next trackday or my legs will be dead before the end of the warmup laps.

Sorry I'm going to one up you on this, I saw a real life Desmosedici at College Hill (at Motomail) 2 weeks ago. Spoke to the guy, seemed like a nice enough chap.

I find it interesting that when people are successful, financially or otherwise, that their personalities always come under scrutiny, I wonder if you would have even noticed the guys demeanour if he was riding a ten year old Honda. Sorry, Just thinking aloud.

It's Martin, the same guy that owns the tri-coloure 1098r in riverhead today. He is a good mate, and also White Trash's sponsor. Be nice to him, he has done well for himself and gives a lot to motorcycling :)

Is he the same guy that had a 1098s? and the one that bought the 1098r to a trackday recently at taupo?
