Cheers for that I am in the wrong sized helmet too ( too big)

Well, through no fault of mine, I actually DO HAVE the right sized helmet...chose it entirely on feel but now that I have done the measurements, my shoei L fits 59 - 60 cm heads...and mine is 59cm.....sheer luck.....

Good vid that one. Like the bit where he confirms it's no big deal to drop your helmet as long as your head isn't in it and it doesn't crack.

61cm head = XL helmet = Both Zeus helmets.

Good on you for posting this Henry - it never ceases to amaze me how few people know how to properly size a helmet. Sadly far too many of these folks are the guys in the shop selling them to us!
