First day back after our honeymoon and some low life scumbags have just stolen one of our quad bikes in broad daylight!! :angry2:

Unfortunately for them we have their rego number, name and suburb.
2 eye witnesses who can identify them.
As well as a very pissed off Frosty. :argh:

Vehicle used was a 1996 Toyota Corolla station wagon in white
Two young guys (late teens) medium hight, slim build, caucasion with short dark spikey hair.

One of them first name Peter.

They must be incredibly thick to think it would go unnoticed

Find out the assholes address through NZ Post and publish it here. We can arrange a mass "gathering" at his house for a cuppa.

This has been reported to the police.
The Police have convinced me NOT to go pay the person in question a visit.
However ---If you know a person Living in Glen Eden who perhaps owns a White 1996 Toyota Corolla Diesel Wagon REGO number YO5442.
They are male, slim, build ,european in their late teens perhaps very early 20's
I would really like to have a little talk with this person

The Police have convinced me NOT to go pay the person in question a visit.I think you misunderstood. What they meant is don't go around to see them without half a dozen blokes with bats. I think if you read between the lines, you'll find that you're within your rights to take his television, and possibly his little fingers too, although you might want to check the fingers bit.

This is the second time the quads have been stolen right?

Barty I really apreciate it --Mate heres EXACTLY what I'm worried about. Peter may be the father, brother, uncle of the guys who stole the quad not the actuall theives.

but nothing wrong with leting the world know that the theives were identified as was the getaway vehicle

Well he (the dickey) can help with the who and where if hes not the one and then... we could probably feed him some nice words and if that dont go down to well we'll congregate to give them a buffet of knuckles and knees...:chase:

RESULT

Well maybee the "system" in NZ is a bit ferked up. BUT the KB Justice system seems to work really well
Yep folks thanks to the efforts of a little group of KBers the quad is back here.
A bit the worse for wear but none the less returned to its owner

NO violence no dramas --A rather sheepish fella drove up and unloaded the quad from his car -most apologetic. The story told is the car was sold and the new owner stole my quad

To those concerned--Thank you guys.
