View Full Version : A sharp piece of skidding

I went a bit quick between lanes this morning on the exit of the norwestern at the lights. The car in the right was braking a bit quicker than expected, and my tail slipped about a meter sideways, with me turning into the slide with the front wheel. When I stopped I was perfectly lined up with the traffic directly behind the cars number plate, I really wished someone had been filming it. Although my heart was racing slightly I made sure I nonchalantly put my foot down and adjusted my sunnies. I will not try to do this again.

My first ever stoppie, perfect, got about a foot off the ground, Cryhavoc and Jamezo were the only 2 who saw it.

My second stoppie, in front of the entire slow class at the last track day, start falling to the right and just managed to stop the bike falling on its side

As a young fella on my first day working for a large trucking company which pulled what we called back then 'doubles'...a tractor unit pulling a semi with another semi on a dolly behind...I reversed out a unit from the workshop and parked it - the foreman walked up to me and said ''you seem to handle these things ok,have you driven them before?'' ...'no,why,are they hard to drive or something?'...That was the best I ever did, from then on I couldn't do a thing with them.

You be careful Doc. Your buttocks act as a pressure valve during sphincter trembling incidents. It's gotta come out somewhere. Personally I'd prefer it were my arse........
