Welcome to the Big Dave lounge.

Load up the musicale selections and browse the shizzle.

This is for any general shizzle I find that is worth sharing without staring a new thread every time.
I'm now in charge of the new products section at Kiwi Rider and plan on skimming any items of interest for a KR preview plus some of the cool photos and stuff that comes my way.

Rossi fans check this hat.

AGV Limited Edition Rossi Replica GP-Tech Dreamtime Helmet
Distributor: Nationwide Accessories
Price $1399.00

Based on the helmet currently worn by MotoGP racer Valentino Rossi, the Dreamtime is being offered in limited numbers to mark the launch of AGV's new range-topping GP-Tech helmet. The stunning limited edition now becomes even more collectible after the Italian maestro secured his sixth world title.
Only 2000 of these helmets have been produced worldwide and 10 only have made their way to NZ.
Designed with input from Rossi, the GP-Tech features a Carbon/Kevlar shell and a new integrated ventilation system to boost cooling and aerodynamic stability.
It features a shell of SSL (Super-Super-Light) Carbon-Kevlar construction.
The fabrics used are Cool Max with hygienic treatment and the inside padding is fully removable and washable.
It comes with a clear visor in flat, anti-scratch and anti-fog polycarbonate suitable for a Race-X visor with tear-off system.
The Shield Mechanism XQRS (Extra Quick Release System) allows for shield replacement without tools in a few seconds and the GP-Tech is produced in 3 shell sizes. It also incorporates the IVS (Integrated Ventilation System) with channels hollowed directly in the shell.
It’s a stunningly intricate design that will enhance any look and is a special for any fan of the reigning world champion.

'Tis more work dickin' with motorbikes for which I am thankful.

I'm also building a new KR website currently. A proper one.

The magazine has had a substantial face lift and significant increase in production values for the edition that will be on the stands in a fortnight.

The responses from the KBers that have seen the new look are very encouraging.

The light side of the way of the Fink.

There is also a dark side.

As a kid it was just cool monsters and stuff. Model kits.

Now it's about alter egos and homage to a bloke that made life an art event.
