Folding number plates on sportsbikes

Hey... Where can I find some info on those folding number plates on sports bikes.
You know the ones that sit just above the rear hugger and as the suspension goes up and down the number plate hinges....

Not the ones that drop down from the law but the ones on sportsbike where the number plate is relocated under the seat close to the rear shock.
and when the swingarm goes up and down, it hits the plate, so a roller brg on the bottom of the plate touches the rear hugger and the hinge at teh top of the plate allows the plate to fold back, and then when the swingarm comes down, the spring at the top of the plate brings back the plate into normal position.

I have seen these on soo many bikes, just never knew where to get ?

although mine is just the poor persons version that i move by hand, and it is well away from the wheel, whether its up or down.

A few years ago (when I lived in Roundabouta), there were a couple of guys there that had hinged numberplates. They were operated by a choke cable (from a lawnmower or somesuch) that had the knob just under and to the left of the seat, so they could flip the plate up at will while riding past speed cameras.
I'd imagine it'd be pretty easy to do summat similar, but using a stepper motor or solenoid to flip it.

Central locking motors do the job. but he wants one that stays clear of the hugger. I've been looking at my Tuono, (Yeah, I know, its getting to be a habit) and I'd like to do the same but there isn't much room and the folding/sliding option may be the solution.
