You must watch this film if you've never seen it before. It's so cheesy it makes Torque look serious.

Bonus points if you can identify Vanilla's bike.
More Bonus points if you can identify the black female singer.

Respect where it's due Drew but nobody pulls a decent wheelie in the movie. Mind you, nobody outruns the cops at over 200k's too either............... :innocent:
I still can't figure out how he jumps the fence without a ramp?

That was the greatest movie i've seen for a while.
At 2 hours in length, it had approximately 4 minutes of plotline. The rest was a vehicle for haircuts.
Awesome!

With the amount of hairspray he had I reckon it'd provide better protection than a lot of helmets.
I thought the humongous orange jacket deserved it's own movie. Can you imagine wearing that in Arizona or whatever desert they were in?

Awesome!
Edited for truth.

"Vanilla Ice's motorcycle was a 1991 Suzuki GSX-1100M with twin exhausts (one on either side) and custom "electric yellow" paint job, although the cover features the same bike with graphics on. (this was later decided that it would clash with Vanilla's wardrobe so they opted for a minimilistic option)."
Gotta love Wikipedia

it was a brilliant movie yup yup!
lol, i enjoyed the cheesy goodness of it and how he came out as the hero in about 2mins of rescuing etc at the end...
the black singer lady in the beginning (if that's what you were after) is Naomi Campbell (sp?)

It is the single greatest motorcycle movie ever!
I'm going to try ride my bike over a car, two up, just like he did.
No other bike movie can compete.

I have a sneaky suspicion that that's the kind of shit going through Skidmarks head a lot of the time. All that cool and romantic stuff.
I also suspect that Katman belives the majority of us have that sort of shit going through our heads too.
It would explain a great deal.....

Hey, me too!
Sunday night at Gubb's was amusing. We all sat and watched the epic brilliance that is Cool As Ice.
BTW did anyone figure out what the hell was up with that rainbow clown house they just pull into and they apparently knew how to fix bikes? Where on earth did that come from??

He had a Goatee in the house being built, then not in the next shot, and it was back after that.
And the Dr Seuss house was odd.

Had a wee search on the net for plot outlines, nothing mentioned how they came across this place. But plenty of other explanation about the "plot". According to one website, it's loosly based on Rebel without a cause. Which I haven't seen so can't comment further.

Right...so "loosly based on nothing" would be a better synopsis.

i think i heard something in the dialogue when they were leaving the place that the old people knew one of the gang... not sure though, my brain could have superimposed that in when it realised that there was no connection...
