thats right peeps iv cracked it.........well iv known about it for sevral years..
lets just say over the last week iv lost close to 5 kgs without going hungry once!
what!?!?! how?!?!?! is this?!?!?!
its so simple!!! and so effective, although i dont need to loose anyweight id thought id try it out as i did need to loose a bit as i was indulging over the xmas period...
okay okay so whats involved??? ok dont laugh!!!!
CANNED SPAGETTI
it has very little fat (0.1-0.5) grams per serving but has high carbs!
alot of people think that if u eat lots of carbs you get fat, well you do but without fat it doesnt store, well thats what my dad said and it worked..
(considering i was having x3 the carbs recomended daily most people would swear id put on fat, rather than loose fat at a shockingly rapid rate!)
over last week i eatten 3 canns of spagetti a day (cold), iv taken vitamin tablets and eatin lots of fruit inbetween to snack, i feel great!
iv stoped now as i had my first feast of burger king! but there you have my magic canned spagetti diet that i used 3 years ago to loose 30kgs which iv kept off all this time without careful watch!
please share your comments id love to hear em!

So now your body is even more sensitive to fats. You lost some but now you'll gain even quicker.

I eat whatever I want when I want. I quickly learned that cramming my fingers down my throat afterwards works an absolute treat. ;)

well i only gained up and down of 3-4 kgs over 2-3 years having lost 30 kgs from this method, and that was the odd meal at fastfood joints, normal home cooked dinner.. odd pie for breakfast.
although i am careful, i use trim milk, artifical sweetner and. OH MY GOD WHAT IS MY HONDA DOING TO ME!!!!!!! but seriously it works.
and XxKiTiExX duno if your serious or not, but if you are please try this. its better than that way! trust me.. i know

No I'm not serious. But I'll happily stick to rabbits food. Used to literally live off fruit and yoghurt, ended up an absolute twig.
Someone did just inform me that you burn 15000 calories if you fake it an orgasm :confused:

if you eat excess of almost anything you will get fat though its true they do seem to think that you store more carbs when there is a lot of fat

yeah i dont know the science of it but reason why most fatty foods are bad for you is cause its usaly half fat half carb
example...
*burgers have bread. and when a combo is washed down with coke it makes it even worse
*hot dogs have batter
*chips are fine until there deep fried.
*cheese is fine until you put in sandwhich or on crackers. once again carbs etc,
*pasta until its soaked in cream or meat sause
etc,etc,
im no food scientist but i think these are basic rules.. feel free to correct me

People who think carbs are bad need a smack in the back of the head. Stupid trash tabloid diets misinforming the easily mislead.
Carbs are your bodies and brains fuel! You eat them in proportion to the amount of exercise you do (ie, if you keep filling the bucket and dont empty it, you'll overflow :P).
Carbs prefereable should come from unrefined sources (not sugars). Whole grain breads and pasta, minimally processed rices (godamn I hate brown rice).
Never mind the other squillion sources which I cant be arsed posting and you can find via google if you wish.
Dont stop eating carbs!

You should still eat a balanced diet, it is better to get all your vitamins/nutrients etc from food instead of vitamin pills.
Vitamin pills also dont provide your requirement of protein, needed for muscle growth/maintanence
Complex carbs are the best as mentioned, you should only be having larger portions if your exercising (1 carb portion i.e pasta/rice is only half a cup)
And Id be curious to know how many calories a real orgasm burns

You don't burn that much actually...say about 7 I reckon, and it is all relative to how hard you work for it anyway.

i havent really needed to lose weight now for about 3 years. I've been the perfect weight for my body type and height (accordign to the doctor)
my secret? I went vege. I still eat like a pig but i don't tend to put on much weight, if i do, i just lose it again adn go back to my weight in a few days as i only ever gain like 1 or 2 kgs. Not that I'm saying "go vege if you want to lose weight" because some people's bodies dont work that way and some do, and some need meat and some don't. Turns out I'm one of the people who does better without meat in my diet ^_^.
albeit, if you DO eat meat, all i reccomend is eat less of it, and eat more veges, you can have unlimited veges and it will help your metabolism hence you will lose weight..
you need to learn to eat properly to lose. that's the key.. after that, you keep it off.

the canned spagetti diet is a fast effective weightloss solution if you wanna shed fat fast and get it over and done with, commit your self for a week or two rather than months,
with normal diets it takes ages... and there usaly not that filling
after the spagetti diet return to normal but without the takeaways, butter, sugar, blue milk and youl stay your desired weight
worked for me ,
protein? switch to canned baked beans if you want protein..
this is my way of loosing weight if need be. thought id share
p.s 5 kgs of cheese will go straight through you... add bread and you get fat
eat 5 kgs of bread (wow thats alot of bread) and itl go straight through you. add cheese and youl get fat.
one or the other. or minimal portions of both combined with exersise to burn it off...

the healthy diets may take longer, but they can be more filling if you eat more veges to fill you up instead of other stuff!! there's an eating plan my mom went on, and the veges were in the "unlimited" category. she lost heaps of weight and was always SO full and never able to finish all the food she was supposed to eat per day.
but yeah, they take longer and are MUCH healthier than dropping a few kgs really fast. your skin, hair, teeth, nails, eyes, bowels, urinary system etc etc will thank you if you eat properly.
