Thanks (I think) you lot......

I had a celebratory trail ride yesterday and now have gorse prickles residing in one hand (wheelie into gorse bush..oops), a bloody sore shoulder (highside over tree roots...bugger) and grazes down one leg (fell in the only mud puddle on the ride...idiot).

I feel about 153 at the moment.

Medicinal applications of alcohol required.

Well I'm sitting here feeling 150 (except for my knees which feel 180) for similar reasons..

Another one!
It seems that everyone I know has a birthday in January.
Oh well, you seem to have the difference between growing up and growing old, pretty well sorted out.

Carry on there!

(Oh and congrats btw)

Good on you buddy, have a quiet one (or three) on me. What did you get... I hope it was a KTM toaster - they are sooooo cool.

What did you get... .

Surprisingly, and entirely appropriately, given the previous days entertainment....coaching with Chris Birch!

I tell ya, I'll be a riding god in no time!

I can actually walk too Mark, so I'm still ahead of you.....

was it coaching good?
I'd love to do something like that but I'm not aware of anything in the lower north island

I can walk normally today - so there .
(I like the dancing banana - he's cool)

I don't get my present until Thursday - it will be worth the wait
