Hey,

So ive sold the ktm 640 supermoto and buying an 05' superduke on sat, anything i should look out for? the good, the bad and the ugly from anyone thats owned/s one.

Well the 05s had a small tank so range is an issue. A few overseas had water pump issues too. Aside from that they're the shizzle

15L I believe...

The V-twin motor I have found to be very thirsty (I have the 990 SM), so even 19L doesn't seem to last very long. They're rather good to ride, so that doesn't help fuel efficiency either :whistle:

Only other negative I can think of is that they are criticised for having a snatchy throttle, but thats for the model in general.

15l I think. You'll get about 160kms before the reserve light comes on. It'll be a fun 160kms though

15 Lt tank, reserve light will come on very early. (depends on how you ride)
I went down 22 on saturday, I was only cruising along. Did 145km from when I filled up, light came on around 100-120km, I put 19 dollers gas in at Ngaruawahia. (About 1.65 lt = 11.5 lt used) So 4.5 lt left approx.
