Hmmm don’t really know where to start on this one, I came away pretty disappointed with myself on this one, even though I improved my laptimes to a 1.11 flat I was still way of the pace, the closest in front of me was doing 108’s or 109 ‘s so way off!!, I can t really blame anyone but myself really, a immensely huge thank you goes to the Dalton brothers” (aka Jimmy and Drew Mair) for helping Sloan and I , without you boys we wouldn’t have accomplished what we did, it really helps having people in your pits that know the ins and outs of racing like these guys, (ps watch this space as I believe the gun toting Daltons have a few plans themselves, all I can say is watch out!!!)

As far as the racing,….

I Qualified last ..again , but had a heck of a lot of fun out there… especially when you are pushing personal limits everytime,!!
you know you do , when on every second corner your mind says…..ooooohhhhh fuuuuccckkkkkkkkkkk….

My suspension needs some more tweaking but basically I think I could do with a new bike to make overall improvement, I know I can get into the tens if not nine;s if I didn’t have to wrestle with the bike. I had a few slides to many I thought, and I guess it comes down to suspension, ( im still learning so much..)

Sloan rode really welll still keeping 6 th for the season is top efforts, big ups to Rhys outstanding effort also , that boy has pulled up his socks also.

Bring on paeroa I say… hope to see a lot of you there, please come and say hello,

Well done Eddie - nice to meet you and thanks for the cheap tyre (worked well for 2 and a half races...)
No way were you last - you beat all those that don't have the stones to have a crack at a national round.

you're still going well out there. I still learning a lot about riding the 600 (been riding them for about 18 months now) but still only just realising that i need to put in a lot more effort. The suspension setup isn't everything and a superbike would be a lot harder to ride than the 600.

Exactly Matt Bleck no one can ever have a go at you for giving something a go and regardless of how well you gave it a go as long as you know in yourself that you gave it your best thats all the matters.

Yeah man. What she said. Must be hard doing it in such an expensive class though. Was good to see the Daltons at the track too. Jimmy has me thinking about growing a pornstache now.

I came away pretty disappointed with myself on this one Have to wonder how many riders have beaten themselves up or even given up for not achieving the maximum in there first season (say it would be a good number) Remember meeting ya at the track a couple of times and you were near the top of that ladder bro (where were ya when ya first started on that one) nothings changed bar the ladder !!

even though I improved my laptimes to a 1.11 flat I fuckin wish !!!

Well done dude, all the people I went with were well impressed! I had my stopwatch on you. Thanks for the poster by the way. Seeing the straightline speed difference between the front four and yourself I think you did bloody well, as others have said if you are getting PB's you are heading in the right direction. Best of luck to you and choppa.

Interestingly for me, Mr Williams is only 0.6 seconds a lap slower on his SV than he was on his Superbike.
