I really think the best tyres for your 18" rims would be 18" tyres.....:killingme

What is on it at the moment?
For normal riding with control on the throttle I would put a Michelin Pilot road or Macadam 100.
For balls out riding a Pilot sport.
Jump on the net and find out what the bike came out with. If it came out with a 140 put a 140 on.
When I had an 1985 I put a 160 on it but when I went back to a 140 it handled better.
Darn nice bikes and I regret selling mine.

I think Dunlop bring out the GPR80 / GPR70 in a 18' rear.
Will find a link for you later.
