Hey all you Southerner's
Are there any trackday companys down here that organise trackdays at Ruapuna? for roadbikes?
I know about the endurance race on the 29th but I only have a road bike and I wanna play!
I have heard its cheap to get on the track down here so help me out please.

Last time we were there, we rocked up at 10am on a Friday morning. A prearranged grudge match was to take place.
There were combatants from both camps. Welly crew versus the self proclaimed king of the Akaroa Grand Prix (hell of a nice guy it turns out)
Paid our forty bucks (I shit you not) and went sick for a whole day on the track. Unfortunately they had to alternate cars and bikes. So we went out (all six of us) for as long as we could handle, then the soiltary GT3 Porsche had a couple of laps. Then we returned to the track. Stupid ammounts of fun, limited only by the gas in your tank and how long you can make a rear tyre last.

Tuesdays and Fridays $50 for 1/2 a day, you may have to share with cars alternating 20-30 minute sessions and you need a second person to sign as an "observer"

To do this, does one require to be a member of some sort? A license or anything?
