Without too much of a drumroll. The entry forms for this years Actrix VMCC Winter Series should be up on the website by tomorrow. Fee changes for this year are a marginal increase in cost for Taupo, a larger increase for the 2 day meetings and an increase for cross entry. We will also have some new classes running with existing classes. Mini Lite 250 is a 250 four stroke class that allows more room for development than Streetstock 150. There will be a championship class for S2 Super Moto (up to 450cc Super Moto).

I can't confirm anything yet, but there is a rumour from reliable (if not particularly attractive) sources, that the space-time continuum is being folded in a manner that may allow extra track time to occur for F1.

If I were to pay for the whole series, and then my bike blew up at some point during it and I couldn't get it sorted to attend any more, would I be able to get a partial refund for meetings not attended?
I only ask as I am trying to determine whether I do it meeting by meeting or pay the discounted series fee.
Cheers

Yep, im with him!! Ive kind of decided that I would be best entering on a round by round basis just in case I cant fix it next time it blows...

The current solution is that, if it is a genuine reason that has prevented continuing on for the season, a refund is possible. The equation being: Amount refunded = total paid - (full fee for each round attended + a small admin charge). This occurs in the context of a written explanation of the circumstances. If you manage to come back for later rounds, obviously the full fees apply. I missed 2 rounds in my first year and 1 last year due to gremlins, but did not get a refund. The discount is sizeable and I certainly risk it every year.

Its cheap anyway, I would suggest pay the full entry support the club as they are doing good things :msn-wink: Its not even the cost of 1 set of decent tyres!

Cheers for that. There has been a lot of head scratching and guessing about how many people wont be able to afford to race this year due to the economy tightening. With any luck we have done the sums right and kept things at a price that covers things. Two 2 day meetings is mega.

Don't forget to mention the Sexy Mullet.
Between Malcolm's mullet and Ben's curly locks, there's gonna be some sexy riders in F3 this year.

Geez Scracha. Contain yourself mate. Lucky for me the chances of you chasing my arse round the track are limited. Unless of course I can conjure up something with the old girl. Massage it into giving me a couple of hp.

Right, the entry form is up on the site but there are some mistakes with the transponder hire fees. They are not increasing. It will be corrected soon.

Deano wins the chocolate fish for being the only one to notice that Pro Twin weren't on the class list. No prize for the rest of you. The latest amendment will be on the website as soon as the elves who do all the work, get it done.

As the holder of the #10 NZ F3 crown and the fastest NSR in NZ I'm be there for sure (Gotta keep all my fans happy):shifty:
Word on the street is that Anthony from Papamoa has a TYGA 300cc kit in his soon to be released NSR so I would like to place a pre-season protest
Thanks for the mention in the last Oily Rag as well Clive!
Hopefully a fresh motor and a better suspension set up will be enough to have you looking at the TECHNIC RACING logo on the back of my leathers!!
10 points to BenK for the spectaular crash at PMCC Round 3.........easy way to make up 2 places but not too good to watch  Hope the bike and yourself are recovering well!!

Well at the rate that the 400cc riders are dropping like flys, the race for the "minor" placings gona be easy!
Maybe word has got out about the gsv400r making an appearance at the winter series? Clive has promptly sold the 400 for a supersport and BenK doing a suicide bomber move on Scarcha at Taupo!:woohoo:
Best put some rocket fuel in ya NSR bro, cos the MK1 Intercepter is on ya heat trail and closing in!!
