WTB - Mazda Atenzza 2.3 2003 on, or Toyota Altezza

If anyone knows of a Mazda Atenzza (2.3) 2003, stationwagon or a Toyota Altezza stationwagon, 2002 onwards 2 or 3 litre Black, red or graphite for a decent price and not rip off stealership prices then give me a yell.

Yes I have been on trademe and seen what is available that is why I am asking.

Do not get an Altezza. I had one, biggest heap of shit ever. they have massive gearbox issues and the flywheel is flawed and makes a rumble noise when you slow down between 3100 and 2900RPM, guess what that is right around 100km rev range. Power delivery is ok, but nothing to get excited about. Apparently the Autos are ok, but man I was so dissapointed in these cars.

The Atenza is basically the Jap import Mazda 6. Both are eagerly sought after, and the prices are quite high. I was looking for one last year, but ended up getting a Ford Mondeo, which was a better deal at the time.

There's now quite a few Mazda 6s coming out of lease deals and being sold at Turners Auctions. You might get lucky and pick up a bargain.
