Unfortunately I am meant to be in Wellington that night, and if I wasn't in Wellington I would have to be at a BRONZ meeting! So we will also need a venue... any ideas? I will speak to Finn about the Sewing Circle using one of the rooms at the Danish House while the BRONZ meeting is on. Would that venue be ok? Urgent tasks needed this Wednesday:Fill mail orders for our merchandise. Raw materials:I have some left over arm bands from the weekend, but my local fabric shop has run out of the fluoro knit fabric! Can anyone else find some and buy it? Try Spotlight? 3 or 4 metres should do. Maybe 5!I also have left over small flags.I have 8 vests but we will need many more! Who can get to a $2 type shop and buy some? Maybe 20; yellow not orange; largest sizes possible. Should cost $3 to $4 each.Mom will bring zip-lock bags and A4 envelopes for mailing.PhantasmNZ will print more transfers. Need to know how many / which transfers we need. Not sure about Wed yet - but I can certainly deliver them to someone - I'm out west (Te Atatu South) and work in the centre of the city - so anyone between there (or further) will be fine. I need to go buy the transfer sheets so I need to know how many...
Phantasm, can we have about the same number of each that you made for the Ulysses event please? We only have one of the 'target' ones left, all the rest are sold already! I don't think we need any of the little pocket-size target ones as we still have 12 left. I live in Avondale and work in New Lynn on Mondays and Tuesdays so if you can drop them off to me that would be brilliant! (On Wednesdays I work in Glenfield so it's a bit out of your way) PM me if you want my addresses...
It looks like we will be gathering at Danish House (where the BRONZ meeting was) at 7pm on Wednesday. Who can make it apart from Sharry? I will be int he BRONZ meeting so Sharry will need some company! I will bring whatever transfers Phantasm can provide, and an iron. I will also bring a list of orders and I'm hoping Mom will be able to make it with the envelopes.
The little pocket size targets basically fill the space for the big target - maybe throw them in free (gasp) if the buyer buys a vest at the same time If I'm not printing those though, I have a space to ut something else - dya want something for the flags or something? I will try to get the transfers tomorrow - I'll pick up 20 sheets for now. Yes please can we cater for further fundraising for the 14th, I have a sneaky suspicion that there will be many, many bikers on that ride. Mark says he is going to go home if 1000 bikes turn up

I will have a hunt at our emporium shop thing to see what they have. Warkworth is a village in lots of ways, we dont have big box shops.
