Well I'm off to the Burt Monro rally on Monday in Invercargill for 12 day trip and about 5,000km. I hope the old Kat will do the distance. New chain oil and filter new clutch cable.. throttle is 18months old newish tyres.. will be poked on my return Forks rebuilt.. thanks Seedy for the info. I'm taking about 7kgs of tools So I hope most things will be repairable. We will be staying at back backer except at the rally... might meet a good look tourist or 3 from Sweeden.. "Hi Im Heidy from Sweeden". "Hi my names Arron and I'm pissed" I will post a trip review with photos on my return.... 3 days to go..! and a picture of the Kat all packed up and ready to go before Monday. CAN"T WAIT

Day 11 wellington Day 12 Auckland large bag of tools, tyre slime for punchure repair.. I have tubes. Air compressor Sheep skin to try and reduce ass pain The wire is for my GPS... only needed to find back packers...and charge phone. I have 1L of oil Parts manual and EFE workshop manual on memor stick,, I am now just counting hours... Hell I want to leave NOW!!!!!
