Posty racing is bloody awesome!!! I did the Posty GP Taupo(31st oct) and have wee seizure in 6th at 9000rpm, oops or words to that effect, drove home to HB (4.5 hour return) got spare barrels and fitted them at the track were we camped and raced the next day at BRM pmcc rd1. 2nd race and it dropped a cylinder(after gettting 2 seconds off my PB) melted the right piston big time. The crank centre pin had slipped causeing each cylinder to get out of phase. ignition timing left side 1.8btdc ,right side 9.5btdc. Piston looks like is been gas cut lol. Got another near enough (best worst bits) engine running on saturday night and did a hill climb yesterday. Seems ok (for stock barrels and porting) 3 weeks to go before TRRS . I should have a freash faster engine ready for Manfeild Jan 30th/31st ($50 trackday on 30th, BRM rd2 31st) If your at Taupo on the 27th/28th come over a say hi, Red and White LC #108 with a BFTP sticket on the tail piece ;-)

Fuck i hate xmas....all rush rush rush...everyone wants shit done so they can fuck off on holiday...u have to visit people u have avoided all year....horrible time of year.....i told my kids im not doing xmas this year....my daughter said.,..what's new you never buy us anything anyway.....ok so i leave that up to SWMBO.....and when they open the presents from me it is as much a surprise to me as it is to them...
