We are doing a bit of a clean out in our small nursery and rather than dumping everything like we usually do, I thought it might be ok to offer a limited amount of plants for free to members of this garden group . I haven't decided exactly which plants yet but it will probably be some palms, bromeliads and other subtropical or interesting plants more suitable to frost free gardens. To keep things under control, the offer is only for members of this discussion group and only for personal use in your own garden. The plants in question will generally be "seconds" but still good plants. Waddyathink ? Oh and it may involve you having to enduring a tour of our garden.
I have a frost free garden that needs serious help, I am a lazy bones gardner for sure for sure. We need some serious rain here though before I could even risk planting out a second let alone a first
I am with mom on this one. My weed designer garden could do with a little non weed component
Yeah weeds, got plenty of those as well. Looks like rain could become a feature soon enough. We've had just enough in the last couple of weeks to offer some hope but lost quite a few plants that were out of range of watering.
It is horrible up here, the opnly thing doing well in my garden is the rogue pumpkin that has grown from a rotton one I chucked out on "the heap", oh and a telegraph cucumber has appeared too just recently. I hate to think what else I have thrown on "the heap" over summer
Your a gem, I have a frost free garden that needs some empty patches filled. A tour of your garden would be lovely
Frost free, huh? Counts me out, I'm afraid!
