WEll, it was interesting, but not enough to hold my attention. less than 10 mins and I was heading back to Motomart. Im way to tall for a 650 custom. Still, quite a neat wee bike for someone else. They are asking 2200 for it. its an 81 and has evidence of oil seepage around the top end of the motor. DIdn't note the mileage sorry. DUcky would not like to share the shed with it,a nd the zed will sulk REALLY badly. Good news re keeping the zeds tho. Looks like they are backing off a tad and have relented and are not going to demand I move out of the house and everything be sold. they have stated that they are only interested in a share of the estate. SO we will be arguing how much and when. Looks good, I think they are on the run and I may well come out of it better than I thought I would. I may have a rebuilt zed on the road by summer after all. that would be very cool. I noted a dire lack of Kwakas on the weekend.

Everything you can think of to stall it, any time wasting process like 3 valuations 1 per month, get your lawyer on side and they can stall as well. I stalled my settlement for 3 years, by that time the other party was desperate enough to accept the pitiful offer I presented and the 3 years was enough time to save up to present it in cash.

I have worked that out Dodgy. Andrew' sons mother and his father ( two faced bastard ) are behind it. The exwife is getting legal aid, which she has to pay back. It's likely they have put an upper limit on what they will lend her and she is probably runing close to the limit. Last year she took me to the High Court to have the will declared invalid. I defended myself vigorously and her lawyer forced her to withdraw the application. AND she had to pay me costs of nearly 700 dollars. I cant slow the process much more, but I can be less than co-operative. Pleading stress, grief and family pressures. I am in fact a really nice person and do not stoop to nastiness unless Im backed into a corner. BUT those bastards have pissed me off mightily. DIshonoured their father, refused to recognise our marriage and made right farken tossers of themselves. grrrrrrr Sorry guys, it all gets a bit much and i need to vent occasionally. ahem, hence the partyhearty on the weekend, it's been far to long since I've spent time with quality people.

Jason, track down the guy with the green Z900 who we met at the pub. Nice bike, looks well ridden too. Potential BFTP'er for sure. Yes we do need more Kwakies, the big 4 should all be represented on our runs. Also a Laverda in the mix would be good, I have a mate in Stratford with one but BFTP is a bit thin on the ground around that area. And besides Ixion, where are the Brits....? I do carry spare oil on the longer runs.... Luckily no one has a Moto Morini, I have a serious nagging for a 500...
