"Today we do the ton" "But that's suicide!" Err..for the rider or the bike? Enjoy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vby7l...eature=related
Thats cool, shame I only had a quick look at work with no sound, on dial up at home. Who want a helmet and googles like that?
What would Ed Turner say?!!! The Cops were sure giving the Jag plenty, they are a big heavy car to get out of shape.I've got sideways in a lot of cars, and driven a few Jags, but never had the nerve to push them enough to get out of shape.
I think the Jag had really knackered suspension, when it first pulls up to the shopping centre it wallows badly to a halt without really squeeling the brakes. Pommy movie on a buget Gov' The most amazing thing I thought was all the bikes made the jump and nothing fell off- I was checking so Mr Turner, or probably more correctly, Mr Loctite would have been proud. Bloody awesome bikes though eh?Volty will be doing that soon 'cause he's a rebel...
the sideways Jag was the best part i reckon..............3.4 S type maybe?? first cat over the "jump" almost bins it.......... what were the girls riding??
The S Type was 3.4 or 3.8,and was a cross of the MKII and MKX - MKII body with a big bum and MKX independent rear end.The girls look like they are riding BSA 250 Starfire's.But they could be 441's....the exhaust note is quiet though,so I reckon 250's.
They lived slow and died fast.... don't try this on the Rangariri Bridge ....
At last I have broadband and can watch this, just finding some speakers in my PC junK I wonder if you can still get helmets like that.............................................. ...........
go RD!!....next thing you know you'll have a colour screen..........once you've had broad you never go back.............
Its funny when he slaps the Hot Mummy with the mini skirt on the arse in the town, and whats up with his hand signal thing when he is getting chased ? It sort of looks like Rimmers salute off red Dwarf Old movies are so cool !
I reckon its a fakement. First, I done that exact gig many times back in the day (through Epsom Girls Grammar was my favourite - all those chicks in gym slips and white blouses with the top buttons carefully undone, and the skirts hitched up - they were *SUPPOSED* to touch the ground when the chick kneeled down - not many did , pretending to be scared) - BUT there was never any hot chicks on the rides. Second, their hair was too short and neat, only Mods wore hair that short. And third , did they have ball end alloy levers then ? Nowt wrong with the Jag suspension, that's the way they built them.
